• Do you lie about gameplay time?

• Have you failed to stick to self-imposed limits?

2. STAYING IN CONTROL

SpinRiches provides tools to help you manage play responsibly:

2.1 Account History

Request a 2-week activity report via support@nexusxgame.com, including:

• Gameplay results

• Purchase/redemption history

2.2 Session Reminder

• Auto-pause every 2 hours with options to stop or continue.

2.3 Custom Limits

2.4 Temporary Breaks

Options: 3/7/14/30 days. During breaks:

• No gameplay, purchases, or marketing communications

• Redemptions require manual support request

2.5 Self-Exclusion

• Minimum 6 months (extendable)

• Initiate via email with: Full name, address, registered email

• Irreversible for 6 months; reactivation requires 7-day review

2.6 Account Closure

Permanent deactivation via written request to support@nexusxgame.com.

3. PROTECTING VULNERABLE PLAYERS

• Never share login credentials or devices with minors

3.2 High-Risk Player Signs
