The sole sponsor and promoter of the Sweepstakes is NexusX Game Studios ("**Sponsor**" or "**NexusX Game**").
By participating in the Sweepstakes (defined below), you must:
• Register and maintain an account with the Sponsor.
• Accept the **Terms of Service ("Terms")**, which incorporate and apply these **Sweeps Rules**.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
IMPORTANT: These Sweeps Rules include mandatory binding arbitration and a class action waiver (see [Section 17] of the Terms). Capitalized terms not defined here carry the meanings set forth in the Terms.
Apple®, Facebook®, and Google® are not sponsors or providers of Spin Riches tournaments, contests, sweepstakes, or prizes. All such offerings are provided solely by Spin Riches.
Spin Riches is an online platform offering entertainment games and sweepstakes entries ("**Sweeps Coins**"). Sweeps Coins may be used in promotional games for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins, redeemable for real prizes.

Payment administration agents are not involved in the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is open to:
• Legal residents of the United States (excluding AL, CT, FL, GA, ID, KY, MI, MN, SC, WA) and Canada (excluding QC and ON).
• Individuals 18+ (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
Excluded: Employees, officers, or affiliates of Sponsor or its partners, and their immediate family/household members.
By participating, you agree to:
• These Sweeps Rules and Sponsor’s decisions (final and binding).
• Compliance with all applicable laws.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants for unethical behavior.
• Sponsor awards Sweeps Coins via methods outlined in [Section 6].
• Sweeps Coins may be used in games to win additional coins, redeemable for prizes.
Monthly from the first day at 12:00 AM EST to the **last day at 11:59 PM EST**. Sponsor’s system time governs.
• Vary by game and are displayed on the platform.
• Sponsor may adjust win rates/payouts at any time. Participants must verify prize details before playing.
6. HOW TO COLLECT SWEEPS COINS
A. Free Bonus with Gold Coin Purchase
• Receive Sweeps Coins as a bonus when purchasing marked Gold Coin packs.
• Gold Coins are for entertainment only; no refunds.
• Enter via NexusX Game marketing pages.
• Subject to additional rules posted at the time.

2. Click "Daily Reward" in the lobby.
• Limit: Once per day (resets at UTC-0).
D. Mail-In Entry (Free Method)
1. Mail a #10 envelope (handwritten return address + "Sweepstakes Credits") to:

2. Include a 4x6 index card with:
￮ Postal Request Code (obtained via your account).
￮ Full name, registered email, address, and the statement:"I wish to receive Sweeps Coins and agree to Spin Riches’ Terms and Sweeps Rules."
Limit: 1 request per envelope. Illegible entries are void.
Sweeps Coins expire 90 days after last account activity.
• Only games played with Sweeps Coins offer redeemable prizes.
• Redemption Rate: 1 Sweeps Coin = $1 USD (min. 100 coins to redeem).
• Max Daily Redemption: $10,000.
• Max Monthly Redemption (NY): $5,000 (excess rolls over).
Prohibited: Automated play, multiple accounts, or collusion.
• Winners must complete KYC verification (e.g., ID, facial scan, SSN).
• Sponsor’s validation is final. Screenshots are not proof of winning.
• Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal value.
• Processing Time: Up to 30 days ($500+ may require additional checks).
• Taxes: Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
• Canadian Winners: Must answer a skill-testing question.
Errors: Mistaken credits remain Sponsor’s property and will be deducted.
• Governed by Delaware law.
• Released Parties are not liable for:
￮ Technical errors, unauthorized intervention, or prize misuse.
￮ Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
• Sponsor may modify/cancel the Sweepstakes with posted notice.
• Disqualification applies for abusive behavior or rule violations.
