## 1. KEY NOTICES

### 1.2 Arbitration Requirement

🔹 Mandatory Individual Arbitration: All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration (not court) on an individual basis only.

🔹 Class Action Waiver: You waive rights to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

🔹 30-Day Opt-Out: Email `support@nexusxgame.com` with "OPT-OUT" within 30 days of account creation if you reject arbitration (details in [Section 17](#arbitration)).

### 1.3 No Real-Money Gambling

Services are for **entertainment only**. No real-money wagering or prizes are offered.

## 3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT TERMS

### 3.1 Requirements

✅ Valid Identity Verification (KYC checks may apply)

### 3.2 Prohibited Conduct

🚫 VPN Use to mask location

🚫 Multiple Accounts

🚫 Automated Play (bots, scripts)

🚫 Fraudulent Transactions

### 3.3 Account Management

- One account per person

- Name must match payment method

- Inactive accounts (>12 months) may be closed

## 4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY & PURCHASES

### 4.1 Gold Coins

- For entertainment only

- **Non-refundable**; expire after 12 months of inactivity

- Purchases are final (no chargebacks allowed)

### 4.2 Sweeps Coins

- Cannot be purchased (free entry methods only)

- Redemption Rules: - Min. 100 coins to redeem prizes - Max. $10,000/day (NY: $5,000 max/spin)

### 4.3 Payment Methods

- Credit/debit cards, ACH (US only)

- ACH Recurring Payments: - Auto-debited unless canceled - NSF fees up to $25

## 5. PRIZE REDEMPTION

### 5.1 Process

1. Complete KYC verification

2. Payouts to original payment method (or nominated account)

3. Processing time: Up to 10 business days ($10,000+ may take longer)

### 5.2 Restrictions

- No joint/minor accounts

- Errors: Mistaken credits remain NexusX Game property

## 6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

### 6.1 Informal Resolution

1. Email `support@nexusxgame.com` with: - Account details - Dispute description - Requested resolution

2. 45-day negotiation period required before arbitration

- Administered by JAMS under Delaware law

- Batch arbitration for similar claims

- Fee cap: $250/user

## 7. LIABILITY & WAIVERS

### 7.1 Limitations

- No warranties (services provided "as is")

- Max liability = Your purchases in prior 30 days

- 30-day claim deadline

### 7.2 Indemnification

You agree to cover costs if NexusX Game faces claims due to your:

- Account misuse

- Violation of these Terms
